Agreed, it's actually really nice. Sadly some objects seem to illuminate regardless of the main light source like water, pavement, some of the new cave tiles.

Also i wish by default all the lights were accounted for in shadows.

I've been fiddling with this for years. Glad to see someone got it working. How big is your bot army?
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

Just one currently. And it only opens gates. Max i had is 4 when i was fiddling with formation running.

Gotta make a proper navigation/pathfinding system first, before spawning millions of bots.

That's a command line interface for my custom client. The lines starting with ">" are commands i've typed in, what follows is the return of those commands.

Translated to non-techy it would sound kinda like this
Code: Select all
[off-screen]:
>get character info
Character:
   name: rfxDarth
   position: x:42, y:1488
   stats:
       Strength:16
       Agility:31
       ...bunch of other stats here...
[screenshot starts here]
       ...some more stats...
Hands: empty
Inventory:
     size: 5*4
     Items: 1 item
Study:
    size: 4*4
    items: 0

>get the first item from the inventory and return it's name
Slave key

>find all objects with names ending on "gate"
Object 1:
    id:12696...
    coordinates: x:123, y:321
    name: palisade big gate
Object 2:
   ...

>right-click on object #12696...
successful

>right-click on object #12696...
successful

kin #248859 is online
*no idea what the hell that one means*
