I can not make it past the wizard creation screen, server still down?, its been a couple of hours being unable to log in for the first time.

No, everything is up and running. Delete your Haven & Hearth folder in %appdata% (AppData\Roaming\Haven and Hearth) and try again.

The entire tile the ground the wizard is on and little garden is now black.
Have now tried uninstall and reinstall deleting AppData\Roaming\Haven and Hearth and Haven Launcher folders
