This is why that travel/immigration ban was such a joke. The 7 countries named have had 0 attacks against America in its history. They're only the ones most likely to have immigrants wanting to come to the US.

@whoever contradicted my 20% number: I don't recall what station I was watching. I didn't dig further into the news report because I was busy doing other more important things... I think farming my carrots. I doubted the validity of the actual numbers myself, but it's just representative of the nose dive his popularity has taken since the election. Even Dubya didn't dive so hard at his least popular.

When you start with the worst numbers in history, you can spin it in to the people love me with any inrease in those polls.

The ban was a joke, badly written, and done. But it was done to keep a promise. Now worst case would be if a refugee performs an act of terror, then the "I told you so" gets to happen, and a public turns a blind eye to an over reach of power.

This is true, but it won't be. Worst case will be someone that has been living here 10, 20 years or longer, and quite likely born here (thus a citizen of an immigrant) and they're painted as an immigrant from one of these countries and creates fuel for the fire. Yes, I'm predicting the future here. If you see someone trying to paint some domestic terrorist act on immigrants from one of these 7 countries, immediately see it for the snowjob it is and call your congressman to demand justice.

Everyone lambasts Clinton for "what she's done wrong" and completely ignores all the litigation Trump has been involved in over the years. There are other options. There's no reason someone else couldn't have been the candidate and president other than voter stupidity in this country. And yes, I don't use that term lightly, and can think of no other term to use.
