No that is fragmented, which is a POS bastardized version of Repopulation made to make some money while they work on Repop.

Fragmented is a typical survival crap game where people run their own servers and build and kill shit and starve and overheat, just like all the other trash games of that genre.

Repopulation is a true MMORPG set in a sci fi motif. The basic concept is that in the future Earth is ruined by us hairless apes and so we left it to colonize a new planet.

There is questing, PvE, PvP, Housing, the most in depth crafting I have ever seen, and more. Graphics are solid but not spectacular. Combat is decent but as it was still
alpha there was still lots of tweaking and balancing to do.

And now Idea Fabrik, owners of the previous engine who were almost bankrupt, has bought out the Repopulation and goes back to Hero engine. lol
