New game by Klei, Oxygen not included, still in alpha...a funnier/casual version of Rimworld but 2D. Nice game, not spectacular in my opinion.
It's cool the thing of oxygen phisic and other gas ( H2, CO2, etc..) and liquids...fluidodynamics.
There is vacuum too, fluids spread through your rooms and you need to make sure not finish oxygen or not having other toxic gas or liquids,etc....I'm lazy now and my english is bad...

I like to think of these games as a 2D Dwarf Fortress, but I know of games like this dating back to the 1990s. I've been watching for a earlyrelease for about a year now. At this point I think I've gotten all but one of Klei's games, and only one I've spent less than 30 hours on (Mark of the Ninja... a bit simple IMO, but still fun).

Dwarf fortress is 2d already I think.

One offers a birds-eye-view, the other is more of a side-scroller.

At least in classic gaming terms that's how I would describe them.

(It looks amazing but I don't want to buy it too early).

Depends on whether you're referring to the graphics or the game world. The DF game world is 3D, but uses 2D graphics. Haven uses 3D graphics, but the game world could almost be said to be 2D, apart from some stuff like archery which I'm not entirely sure how it really works.

its great only missing 50 more shrines and a crap ton of korok seeds then ive 100% the game
love that you can think outside of the box to solve puzzles!
