I did it without too much issue on the dev server, at least, but that environment may not perfectly simulate a more normal one.

If possible can you please post a picture of WHERE you tamed your animal? As in, the ground its on, what the hitching post is built and the surroundings? I think this may be the cause of some problems. Is there a trough near your animals?

Hey buddy, either Taming is bugged or a majority of us are doing something wrong. :)

Yesterday i rounded up some aurochs and hitched them to a post.
Today they were all ready for fight.
I fought 2 and after they yielded I yielded too and yellow "45" appeared over them. I could leash them and tie to a post.
Third one bugged out - we fought, it yielded, I yielded, but no yellow text appeared. The animal was still in combat ready position. I could not leash it - "the animal is thrashing wildly". I could not feed it with clover. I initiate the combat again. It yields immediatelly (no fighting), I yield. It's no longer in combat ready position. I try to leash it but "thrashing wildly" again. I feed it with clover and can leash it again. Upon tying it to a post yellow "15" appeared, so I guess second fight reset taming progress

Did you box them in or fight them in the open?

I suited up in full leather armor and my sheep didn't yield either. What's the recommended UA for mouflon and aurochs?
