personally, I'm wondering just where the flying frig Grainger said anything about Islam or any Religion, being a fairytale, IF anything, He reguarded the post about Genies/Djinn as being fairlytales. Not a damn thing said by him about religion.

Fairytale == some most probably false, unproven and unprovable information. I see no offense in this word.

Centuries ago 1.6 billions of people believed that Earth is flat. Believing in this 'fairytale' did not make the Earth actually flat regardless of the quantity of believers. And also, stating that the Earth is a sphere was not (and could not be) considered as an offence. Although, some people were burned for such words.

And now, by some weird reason, we consider barbarism punishing people for their words of truth about Earth sphere shape. And on the other hand we consider barbarism and offence saying the truth about God, Jehowah, Allakh, Buddah or whoever were invented to collect money from people.

Whether the gods and spirits exist or not doesn't really matter. Either way, we're stuck on this earth until we die, then we go where ever we go when we die. My advice is just don't think about things you can't change. Just deal with things as they happen, it makes life so much simpler.

Nah, they can argue all they want, I've just seen too many arguments like it to be bothered getting involved. The problem is that both sides of the argument are so sure that they're right that they never even consider that they could be wrong. When that happens the argument keeps on going around in circles until no one can even remember what they were arguing about in the first place. I'm just telling everyone how I deal with these sorts of issues.
