I wish that the candidates weren't so restricted in what they can actually say, as the honest answer to jobs is "yeah, uh, they're gone, I can't make them come back, no-one can".

There is plenty of blame to go around in the world. The US is not the root of all evil. I acknowledge problems where I see them. Now that is said maybe we can move forward in truth not ideology. You want to point out world problems start in your own nation first. If you really believe in your grand cabal theory then stand and make a change. No one is stopping you. Be careful what truths you go after however, you may not find what you expect.
