Maybe she was a nice person at some point over the years but lying for these dudes is a pretty big low, if she told me the truth in the first place I'd have not accepted the body at all. To be honest though I feel like this game just has that effect on people, it gets tiresome trying deal with stupid drama created by shithead after shithead and eventually you just get to the point where you say fuck it and stop caring about other people and look out for numero uno.

Of course, I try my best not to let it effect my judgment in other areas too but it happens. Mostly it's the major faction leaders that end up becoming pricks, or even bigger pricks if they already started off that way.

It's the nature of the game they play though ... being a faction leader must be fraught with distrust and paranoia, not to mention having to be tough and strong to be in that position in the first place ... best to just not be a faction leader, lol.

I agree with you partly, it's not a job for the faint of heart that's for certain but there is only so much distrust and paranoia because the current faction leaders have fostered that environment.

AD guys are constantly complaining about Dis and their botting (so am I though, to be fair) and yet they can't for even one moment think, "Hey, what if we didn't have to fight them alone? What if we stopped being assholes and actually worked with other players?" but because they are so up their own ass they don't even consider that as an option. Rather than pull their balls out of their stomach and go do something about it with the rest of the player base they'll just post threads on the forum pleading to jorb and loftar to do something about it and then go back to raiding the people who have the same goals as they do.

Don't even get me started on my experience dealing with LadyGoo and Aurelie when I was destroying cairns what a fucking nightmare that was.

To put it simply, devs won't do anything about botters, players don't want to work together and the mechanics of the game do nothing to improve that environment.

Defeating Dis is of course a noble goal, but I have my principles to not ally people i don't respect, would it be the people who betrayed me in the past or the people who spread conspiracy theories about my friends.
