Can anyone confirm if time is quicker, and if so, how much?

More accurately, it seems to be about 4 hours and 51 minutes, whereas originally it took 7 hours and 18 minutes; i.e., it dries in 66.4% of the original time. Accounting for rounding errors and measurement inaccuracies I think it's a safe estimate that time has been sped up by exactly 50% (i.e. everything only takes 66.7% as long).

5 mins of in game time is = to 1 IRL. So we went from 3 days per 1 Real day to 5 days in game is one real life day of my math is correct..... so its not quite 50% faster. This appears to effect every time related aspect of the game, however curiosity study time.needs to be checked.

This is exactly my experience so far. Curios, cooking and smelting, drying and tanning hides, claims both personal and village, and even outlaw debuff it seems (which is debatably a good idea but definitely an interesting one) are all affected by this. I don't think i've found a single discrepancy.

This new passage of time reminds me of that time I tried to play world 5 - too much time farming curios and no time left to actually play the game.
Curios really need their durations doubled. At least.

But main goal is getting LP not having study inventory or study desk occupied.
Also mid to late game curios lasts longer so you won't feel it as a problem IMO
