I was saying that for most of people "not being localized" is in no way the reason to not play a PC game, and I base this argument on the fact that most people my age can read and understand simple english (enough for playing most games), because, duh, they learned it at middle school and played games.

Communism is totally not only reason why Russians are generally more poor compared to many other western countries.
Geographical features of the Russia are quite difficult. For example, trading has been and still is very difficult. Moving stuff by waterways is simply superior compared to land. Russia is largely just land without many seashores or large rivers. Large economies such as UK, Netherlands, US, have all relied (or still do) heavily on waterways to trade. Having no rivers or other waterways makes moving stuff inside the country more difficult as well, slowing production and developing of everything. Russia has also experienced a lot of bad things, and almost never got any help from the others. They have constantly been invaded (or tried to) from many directions, such as Mongols and Tatars. Some more recent things have happened as well, such as Napoleon. Only reason why he had to retreat was because Russians tactically burnt their all cities and villages while retreating. Hitler also caused lot of bad things happen to Russia. After the war many parts of the country were completely destroyed. Economy was not doing very well and no one was there to help them to recover. Also they gained lot of enemies from the war. Collapse of soviet union also has huge impact to how things are now.

Sure, it is not strict communism. A problem like poor does not have such simple explaining to it.

Are you sure it isn't because typically English speaking players live in a place where a computer that can run a AAA game is more easily obtainable than a foreign person living in a third world country with a computer that can only run say, indie java games. Plus it's free. Not trying to be rude by saying that but it is kind of true.

Are you sure we are talking about Hafen? You PC should be able to run Witcher 3 on good quality if you want 60 FPS in hafen combat/village. I know some RU players with bad PCs but majority has good enough configuration to play any of the AAA projects. Speaking about payment - in Soviet Russia if someone want to play AAA game for free, he just download cracked version from the torrent.

And yeah I'm aware Haven isn't the easiest game to run and that only became more difficult with the graphic change but you're bullshitting if you're trying to say you need a computer good enough to run Witcher 3 to play this, forget about whether or not they have good fps. Doesn't really make sense for you to say that majority have good enough PCs when majority of those players complain about low fps in high activity areas.

My computer could run all AAA games, not with ultra settings. But with medium/high. I still play hnh.
I know many people that could afford to eat in expensive restaurant every day. But they don't. I wonder why.
