I dont really understand what interpretation you speak of, can you show me an example? Most religious books are very clear in their message and rules. Sure, The 'stories' can have multiple meanings and interpretations if you will. The rules and law of God are pretty clear and according to the text there is hardly any/no room for interpretation.

Please illuminate me, i'd love to hear. I was thinking that Islam
was always 'like that' and it is finally changing, having it's cultural and religious 'rennaissance', because of all the crap that has happened in those lands governed by Sharia law these past decades. I thought it happened during the Arab Spring, unfortunatly you can see how that turned out, only more extremism. I keep hoping though
