The first may or may not be true. With the way the average life span is increasing every decade, we might just figure out how to live to 120. (I'll be gone by then, but nobody cares about that.)

In 200 years... well, some people will leave a mark, others won't. You can never quite tell, but overall, yeah, we might only be remembered as a branch in the family tree*.

*If your family tree doesn't branch... you might be a redneck. (Ok, old joke from an old guy, but it's still funny stuff.)

i started taking holy basil for hormone imbalance about 6 months ago though it's more touted as anti-stress herb it
help my issue along with remedying my depression. not saying it works for everyone, i just happen to do it for me.
