I like the idea of Mead but in reality I found it much too sweet. There was only one brand available in my whole country though I now see there is another. I may try it when I'm feeling adventurous. I'd like to make my own though, seems fairly simple and easy enough to tweak the taste as desired.

Scrumpy looks interesting, if I can find it somewhere in my whole country.

Even complaining about an 8hr drive seems mildly ridiculous from my perspective.
