There are only two ways to get his inventory:
1) Log into his account, open inventory.
2) Kill/knock him and openhis inentory.

180 agi, 100mc and 70ua is more than enough if you have 2 hands and a good ping

Studying curios is a no-brainer. Eating food, well, just grab a wagon, bull, go around killing boars, turn boars into sausages, eat boars. If possible, keep your hunger at 300%.
