I think most of us can agree most modern day Christians are tolerate of homosexuals, and if they aren't they don't go lynching them and shoving them off buildings, sure they might spew hate speech, but they don't push gays off rooftops, and behead the people who leave their religion.

Bible does not straight say that you shouldnt believe in god. But if you have any rationality at all, you realize that is biggest book of bullshit ever created and one of best arguments againist existance of god, atleast in form that people usually recognize him.

Christ. He left us with only two commandments: "Love God before all others," and "Love your neighbor as you love yourself."

Of course, one can debate the existence of God, but those usually devolve into arguments that are nowhere near as elegant as Nietzsche or other modern athiests. (Actually, the opposite of elegant would be the most apt.)

Even including the crusades Muslims have caused more violence than any other religion towards each other and towards others.

I'm pretty sure the Crusades were European in origin, not Muslim. It was the attempt of the West to take back the conquered Holy Land of Israel which the Romans took from the previously ruling empires dating back as far as the Babylonians. The atrocities on both sides were pretty bad.

For me bombing funerals and weddings (among others) with drones look like terrorism, at least when viewed from the ground.

Well that would be an entirely different conversation. There isn't a real way to debate the existence of God, as it's a rather subjective and individual take of spirituality. So yeah. that debate always results in a disconnect. Trying to answer questions that are not answerable is a trait of mankind. Everyone finds peace in an "answer" in some form or another.
