Majority of Players Non-English Speakers

My computer could run all AAA games, not with ultra settings. But with medium/high. I still play hnh.
I know many people that could afford to eat in expensive restaurant every day. But they don't. I wonder why.

Mine can run them on high or ultra high but I still play this game too, just not as often at this stage and even less when the updates become stale or non-existant. I get the point you're making but in order to discern the reasons for population variation you have to discuss what those reasons could possibly be.

Thats not true, there is ~6 hours per day when Russians (and Ukranians and Poles) is not majority in the game.

Although I was laughing while reading this topic, I have thought about it for a bit. The reason why the russian-speaking population of the server is the majority now might lie deeply in legacy. There have been no actual english-speaking faction since world 5 (after Pandemonium/Sodom has been defeated) that was strong industry-wise and been recruiting people. The only english-speaking factions that existed in W9 were only PvP oriented. You do not mass-recruit or support the english-speaking community with this set-up. The only faction that has attempted to recruit has been raided by the spies (Nilfheim). Consequently, the english-speaking community is scattered, uncentralized and fairly defenseless. Hermits cannot join anything politically strong, since PvP factions do not recruit much. After they reach the end-game stuff, it is kind of boring + you've got no hope to do anything significant.

Meanwhile, the numbers of russian-speaking factions that work on industry and recruitment have multiplied since legacy (or remained the same). There is a helpline for the russian-speakers in social networks, they may participate bigger things as well and count on the help from one of the said factions. Imho, for the same reason, polish and korean populations are facing the downhill.

You make some great points, I'm inclined to agree with you. I hadn't really thought about it all that much and maybe I was being oblivious but you're right, the English speaking factions we have now aren't all that great. I can't actually think of a single village this world that is predominantly English speaking and has upwards of 20+ members, maybe not even 10+

And yeah, it's quite sad to come to the realization that the only English speaking faction that attempted recruitment failed because of the PvP obsessed idiots. Those types of players are all we have at this point and it sucks where are the heroes!!!!!!

Well it's especially shitty because, as I said, the lack of a pool of players for new or growing English villages to draw recruits from is getting smaller and smaller, making it harder and harder for more English players to actually flourish in large communities.
