1) Trump wins. he uses his position to get out from under all the bad business practices he's been involved in and is considered the worst president ever, and people are trying to tear down andrew jackson statues, factoring in leaving office early for abuse of power (Nixon), and letting the country fall into utter ruin after Black Tuesday (Humphrey... though will say there probably wasn't much he could do and the previous 2-3 presidents and congressional leadership share more blame for that similar to the 2008 housing bubble collapse).
2) Trump wins. He ends up enacting his tax plan and immigration plans. This country goes further into debt, loses more jobs, and totally tanks. China is likely to become the primary world power, with Russia and the EU (lead by France and Germany) following. "Trickle down" economics have been proven time and again that it's an utter failure. The only way to generate jobs and income growth is by making sure those that spend money get the incentives.
3) Trump wins. The legislature successfully fights some of the crazier plans he tries to lead us into because both congress and the senate flip and are lead by a democratic party majority. However, the backlash is going to be worse than anything Obama has done due to the fighting between parties and the executive and legislative branch. (Still no replacement justice on the supreme court as congress refuses to put up any trump nominees.)
4) Trump wins. Mike Pence is effectively the acting president because Trump really doesn't want the job, and the joke that was made is actually the reality. This might be acceptible, but not going to be pretty.
5) Trump wins. His shady business dealings catch up with him, he can't do anything about it, and he gets impeached. (Note that one of his ventures is under investigation for using slave labor. Don't forget the variety of lawsuits against Trump University, and the justice department is looking at criminal fraud charges.)
6) Trump wins. We all bitch and moan about things because "I didn't vote for him." The truth more likely being "I didn't vote at all." The world goes on. Not much actually changes (see Obama for recent reference).
7) Clinton wins. Potentially the legislative branch flips because a lot of the moderate voters were so afraid of a trump led republican congress and senate, many of the incumbent GOP seats are lost in swing states. I'm not sure where this will end up. I don't see any real form of gun control other than existing laws. Maybe more health care reform will pass. There would definitely be an increase to minimum wages. I can see more police state actions being created (then again, this is no matter who wins.)
8) clinton wins. Her past problems finally blow up on her. She spends the next four years looking bad and can't get much of anything done (assuming articles of impeachment aren't drafted).
9) clinton wins, but congress doesn't flip. We end up in stagnant politics that studies show actually cost the country more than when it is all ran by the same party.
10) Clinton wins. Nothing changes, life goes on. People say "I didn't vote for her." The truth is more likely "I didn't vote at all."
One possibly exists that is just crazy, but I've been saying it all along.... Trump blows himself up politically just so that Clinton gets elected. Only the craziest of the crazy actually vote for him despite all the Trump memes and twitter hashtags. This is what he intended all along, and he's proud he got his best buddy into the oval office without having to cheat (too much).

overtyped wrote:you are giving hillary far too much credit. Trump isnt qualified, so it makes me think the damage he could do is minimal, because retarded ideas wont be passed in congress. In hillarys case however, she basically owns the congress, and will pass tons of bills that help her rich donors, starting more wars, and continuing the ones we are in, and bending over backwards to destroy the american people, if it gives her more power.
