Ah yes I believe you're correct.

Snail is right about one thing it's probably a bad idea to rely on the wiki for such information, I looked over the realm page and most of what is there appears to be out of date or inaccurate.

For example it mentions that realms receive double the authority for having both a hearthfire and a character in the same realm but I'm fairly uncertain as I thought it only counts where the hearthfire is when xp is provided to a realm. If I recall correctly one of the reasons for that change was players didn't like that they were providing authority to other realms when getting experience events while travelling through another realm's territory. Hard to know for sure when it is so difficult to find the relevant patch notes.

Edit: Oh nevermind I found it, seems they did indeed make that change here: https://www.havenandhearth.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=51720. That was in 2016, whether or not that is still the case though I'm not sure.
