when he was elected stocks crash i buy a few, few days later i sell them then north korea issues i buy a few month later i sell made big money, now when big russian colab news hit small crashes but enough to keep profit flow lol

If you live in the states, use Robinhood to start off. They don't charge commission on trades. AMAG has been going decent for me in the past two weeks. I'm up 8.31% since July 19.

Maybe he is poor so he can not invest. Also "non-commission" trades sound a bit weird...

With small sums you can not really buy that many different companies so its quite useless. Even if there was "no commission"

I thought it was too good to be true, too, and there may be some background gimmick to increase their income, but only domestic (US) OTC securities can be traded for free, and it's only available in the US, looks like. They charge the "normal" rates for various other services such as overseas trading and maintaining a margin account.

I was digging around for the minimum balance to open an account, though, and couldn't find it. I know a couple of the online brokers are sub $1000. If it's as low as $100, that's not hard to scrounge up, and some services will let you invest into fractional shares.

And there's never too poor to invest. There's just "not savvy enough to know a reputable source" to invest in or too risk averse to do anything other than have a basic bank savings account.
