Don't worry Loftar and Jorb, people like me will continue to support you even if these cheapskates won't. I have no problem with the current price.

Well if you don´t think its worth 15$ then don´t play it. Simple as that. Getting really tired of all self-entitled welfare children looking for free lunches. If you like it pay for if, if not then gtfo. How can anyone seriously have a problem with paying a few bucks for a game that they put more than 24h a month in?

when you grow up and start paying hydro bills, internet bills, food, rent and other living expenses and learn the value of a dollar you'll realize fifteen dollars a month for a buggy laggy alpha java game is outrageous

When you grow up and start earning enough money to pay for other things than just living expenses you´ll realize that fifteen dollars for a game that you spend more than 24h a month with is nothing more than fair. And if you think its a laggy alpha, then just dont play it instead of bitching. Or get a real job so you can afford the extra 15 bucks...

it's not a matter of being able to afford it, it's the fact that it's not worth 15 dollars, you can do a lot more with 15 dollars than a grind java game, like I said, go learn the value of a dollar then come back when mommy isn't giving you an allowance and you have no obligation to spend it on anything but junk food and video games, till then enjoy getting killed and having people leave signs on your corpse saying "xaxaxa cyka" for 15 dollars a month because from your personality I can tell you're the bottom bitch and are used to getting fucked.

I am not sure why people keep talking about 15$. It is 10$, less if you sub for several months at once.

Also they're retarded.
Its fucking $6/month if you do it for a year which is more than reasonable for a subscription based MMO, even if its early access.

Pretty sure that it is worth getting at least verified when the servers are stable, right?

Since you get 48 hours of free time initialy, +24 and +24 per month if you get verified for 15$... you'd have 96 to play. It's more than 3 hours a day. Most people won't get to that in probably 2 or 3 month. Most games don't get you anywhere near that play time for 50$ or more. Hell, if you play 48 hours of Hafen completly free and you still feel like you would like to play some more, chance is the game is worth the 15$ verification cost. And if you play more than 24 hours of play time per month, how is that not worth 10$?

I mean, I get that the servers are completly fucked up right now and that we have no clue if the game is even any good or playable... but hey, we'll know that way before we bust the free time bank. That's why I like this system : you do know what you are paying for, since you played for a decent amount of hours for sure before needing to pay for it. And each month you can play 24 hours before deciding if you want to subscribe again or not. So, if you ever get bored of hafen or if another game is wasting your time and you are only playing of couple of minutes each day to farm, meet up with your village or whatever, then you don't have to pay.

Maybe the amount could be tweaked. 8$ would maybe feel way cheaper than 10$ just because it's a single digit and because it's way less than the big subscrition based mmo.

It just seems pretty fair to me. Hard to compare with games that you have to buy and then pay monthly to even have to possibility to log on your char each month.

Then again, value of money is so personal, and I get that. Obviously completly free is better for the accessibility and all. But hey, if they can work on Hafen full time with that and patch it more often...

I wasted so much hours on world 7 but liked every single minutes of it. Best memories of a MMO in a long time.

Still, would never subscribe to a complete year even if it's way cheaper. I have NO idea what I will play in the next month let alone the next year, and in that case, could easily be more than wasted in the end. Isn't that the case for almost everyone? It's not 15$ but it's certainly not 6$/month.
