Whut

It is a fad amongst ultra liberal parents now to raise their kids as "gender fluid" buying equal male/female clothing, toys etc because they wouldnt want to ASSUME gender and they think children should be free to decide

quick google example

No, I just don't see how your post has any relevance to the discussion. What about your post indicates transsexualism is bad?

NOOBY93 wrote:Again, define "mentally ill". Basing a choice around "I bet if we changed their mind they would be grateful!!" is like a cultist saying "If I convert this guy I bet he will THANK me I just sacrificed his newborn". That's not how it works. If they want to chop off their dick, it's absolutely their choice. If it makes them happier and hurts nobody else, why would they not be allowed to make the choice?

a mental disorder also called a mental illness or psychiatric disorder is a diagnosis by a mental health professional of a behavioral or mental pattern that may cause suffering or a poor ability to function in life

if they were in a proper state of mind and decided they want to do this sure but theyre not XDDDD so people shouldn't encourage people to potentially ruin their lives even more than they already think it is. theres a reason so many of these people are killing themselves after they do it lol (ITS NOT MAKING THEM HAPPIER XDDD) sure its hurting other people if i were a parent and saw my kid going through this shit and saw they decided to do this thinking it would make them happier i would be realllllllllllllllllllllll hurt! u nerds need to open ur eyes and accept it for what it is and stop encouraging it and normalizing it

hehe people who are mentally ill shouldnt be allowed to make life altering decisions that more often than not ruin their life even more than save it, idc rlly im saying this as a nice lad looking out for them u kno

So then all mentally ill people should be kept under some kind of watch to make sure they don't do something stupid? I think there should be an IQ exam before you can use the internet. 90% of the population would fail it, just an FYI. It's a shit retort, but really, I don't know where else you're going with this one.

Hell, "normal" people can't make life altering decisions without risking screwing things up. What's unusual here?

And a reminder: there can be a fine line between normal and mentally ill. One can be transgender and not actually be mentally ill, just like one can drink alcohol and not be an alcoholic.

Thank you for reminding us that thing is objective truth because you believe it.

Because this is a discussion, not a voting poll. His opinion is irrelevant if it isn't supported by points.

"it shouldn't be normalized" doesn't mean anything if you don't say WHY it shouldn't be normalized.
