I respect this reply, Telum, and to be clear, I don't consider that who do not speak Norse or any particular language to be objectively incompetent, but I do consider those who are incapable of using readily available tools to be incompetent, and secondly, incompetence from my determination does not also carry with it always a slanderous connotation. There are those competent in particular fields, and those incompetent. Good and evil is beyond this.

Incompetent or, far more likely, unwilling. If you wish to say something, it should not be on your audience to put in additional effort to make sure it comes across correctly. I (and likely most people) will read only posts in languages I can actually understand without having to resort to external resources. (For example, I have no idea what the first half of Telum's post said and I don't intend to put in the effort to find out because it's unlikely to be interesting enough to be worth that effort.)
