no in the sense of aliens being similar to us, sharing the same physical context... if UFOs are real they're probably an indication of "other realities" we can't reach through science knowledge yet... universe simulation, matrix, multiverse, all those hypothesis some scientists are starting to consider, those are IMO the origin of the most legit UFOs cases
