You have to get out the big fans to move air around the computers, too.

the fan is for my gf and I in the summer. gets pretty warm in that small room with the two big screens and computers
could be worse though... could be at a desk ;)

I used to play games on my xbox 360 all day every day and yeah, tv monitor and a console running in a small room is just a massive heat trap

I remember by 6pm every day I'd be sitting in my boxers with the fan on in the middle of winter lol

My son has to do the same thing. I've been over the cooling over and over again, but come late spring before the A/C comes on, and late summer-early fall when it goes off, his computer just likes to beep beep beep. It's 2C below overheat, but the motherboard overheat warning only steps in 5C increments, which is, in my opinion, a bit too broad a range.

How do you handle keyboards and mice?

I think I'll continue using my desk, if I might say so.

could always get one of those adjustable trays that can go under sofas/beds but it does sound like a pain in the ass a bit..
lap has always been perfectly comfortable for me.. even at a desk i would recline with my feet up a bit and have my keyboard on my lap, so i guess my setup makes sense for me lol
