I don't know about that, considering the amount of mass-extinction events that have occurred already. I'd say it's rather likely that a sapient life-form could have evolved in a shorter time. Albeit, younger solar systems tend to have a higher probability of dangerous phenomena such as impacts and orbital instabilities.

The wonderful thing is that we're dealing with such astronomically huge numbers, that almost anything is possible.

Merit is subjective. I don't know why you try to imply otherwise.

That's exactly what he's saying. You're asserting things that cannot be asserted.

I believe in my interpretation of things. I share it but will not force it upon you. To dissolve reality by pointing out how irrelevant any individuals perceptions are serves nothing but decay and atrophy which I believe make up a large part of what we must by our very nature strive against.

I believe you smoke too much weed and have too much free time. If you want to argue or deny my perceptions and interpretations that is decay and atrophy and you should be ashamed of yourself for going against our very nature.

I can understand that. It seems I simply carry the juxtaposition of your point of view.

I think you just posted a bunch of senseless questions based around "dude what if like, man, dude?"
There is no merit in discussing senseless drivel.

I'm not him but I believe those were rhetorical questions.
