Server down?

Logged in for the first time a few minutes ago, got my name, walked around, stopped moving (kept walking in-place), killed client, now cannot connect.

I'm new to Haven and I know this is release date. I just wanted to ask if the server is down or if it's something on my end.

Name any other MMORPG that hasn't crashed tons on launch day, let alone one with (previously) little-to-zero funding.
Also, playing for free.

click on the home button at the top, at the bottom of that page it'll say if the server is up or crashed. right now its crashed.

Im sure im not alone when I say that plenty of us are glad, expected this, and even shelled out money before we even got in game, knowing itd be worth it
