It was probably something really boring, but some people are curious on why exactly did the server crash?
The most actively maintained Haven and Hearth Wiki (Not guaranteed to be up-to-date with all w14 changes.)

Basic Claim Safety (And what you’re doing wrong) (I recommend you read it in it's entirety, but TL:;DR: Build a Palisade.)

Combat Guide (Overview, PVE, PVP) (Includes how to escape/minimize risk of getting killed.)

Hello? It's now turning into hours.

People who are frantically scrambling to do stuff before the reset are on a deadline.

On the other hand, if our poor devs are sleeping, it's not urgent to bring the server back up. It is just a game and they need their sleep.
