Somebody explain healing to me. How are we supposed to heal? I know in the original you used gauze and leeches, so what about here?

Quite a few questions on this in HDI... nobody knows as of yet other than "over time" with some injuries. Others may need treating with undiscovered skills/items.

bro my hp was 13 when i filled up energy it started going up its 30 now

Yeah, that it not true mate... do you know what HHP is? Hard Hit Points....

HHP loss is displayed in the wounds section. If there are wounds healing by themselves HHP will (very) slowly regenerate. Bigger wounds like from boars or bears need treatment though.

Very very slowly you get 1 hhp every hour or two
