A Genuine Question About The Payment System

I am confused as to the difference between a subscription and game time. At first I thought that game time implied that you got straight up hours added to your account to use. For example I thought that the 15 dollars for 1 months game time implies you get a months worth of hours or about 700 hours depending on how many days in a month you choose. I just want someone to confirm whether or not this is how game time works. The more I look at the wording in the store the more I think its just another version of the subscription but more? Which does not really make sense to me. Can someone clear up my confusion? Preferably jorbtar or a moderator.

The token is just a subscription that you can trade to another player in the form of a token. It gives the same amount of time as the normal subscription does.
