What happened to my animals?

I had both a horse and a mouflon tethered to a post for taming, and then after the last server restart they vanished. WTF?

Nah, the tamed (or soon to be tamed) animals I am looking at right now are just fine after the reset, they didn't disappear. I am not sure how long he had those animals for but if he did not start the taming process correctly or at all and just simply hitched them to the post then yeah I think they would disappear.

Yea thats what I meant they were still wild, in the proccess of taming I dont think counts as wild, as they are "partially" tamed, ya know?

Oh okay, I just wish the crashes wouldn't happen so often. I'm also beginning to wonder if this is effecting the tar kiln as well.

No its not, and the last restarts werent crashes, they were warned and in-game messaged restarts for bug fixes

tar kiln, tanning tubs ect pick up at the tick they left off of when the server comes back up
