Still haven't found any. Pretty sure the fate system is not affected by any of your stats but that's just speculation.

After the initial 48 hours it's directly based on your contributions through the cash shop

Your character will be able to find a set of rare foragables, each character is differnt ect.... thats about as much as i know.

Any hearthling can find fate curios without needing a high perception/exploration.
