What custom client(s) are you using? Visit any illicit websites lately perhaps related to RMT/Gold buying/Etc?

I can certainly assure you that Jorb/Loftar are not the perpetrators behind this and I doubt there is any sort of breach in their website (or that it even stores that information) but hey who knows.

When verifying - did you pay from paypal account balance or did you use credit / debit card?

Do you have an antivirus software installed? There may be some sort of keylogger on your pc.

It was a PayPal credit card transaction, I have no ill will or doubts about Seatribe, just wondering on how secure the payment information is and whether or not anyone else experienced this. Transactions have been flagged as fraudulent and I'm not out any money. They may have retrieved the info on PayPal's side. The credit card was just added to PayPal, I made the payment to Seatribe, then I get the unauthorized transaction. Just trying to connect the dots. Just a hassle to deal with.

I've verified my account no problem at all, no more than intended charged
You may have some form of virus as previous users have suggested. You may want to look into that.

Sucks to hear, and I am sorry about that regardless of what the cause is.

It's not really my department, but my understanding is that we basically do not handle much if any sensitive payment information ourselves, so I have to doubt that there's error on our part, but I'll ask loftar to comment nevertheless.

Enders.....used it in Salem for years. No key loggers on computer. Only software downloded was hafen and ender client in last month or so. CCard was also recently replaced. I'm thinking someone saw the transaction on paypal and is within PayPal's system. Transaction was labeled as "preauthorized".
