Who exactly is he? To me he seems to be a psychopath murderer. Am I wrong in saying this?

To be fair, his kill score and raiding achievements are quite average. He is just posting about it regulary which makes him to stand out of the crowd.
So yes, the reality is that there are many more people as dangerous as him.
