Whatever happened to cave water :O just realised I haven't seen any at all

I know you can get cave clay to get blue bricks, with full industry getting 2 and full nature having a 50% chance to get one.

I was thinking, future worlds style, underground lakes and caverns being discovered like galleries are would be awesome.
