How were you first murdered?

I'm just relaxing in the village and i go to check on some drying furs in the cave and this Guy is right at the cave entrance with a sword and i run out (as i had next to no combat stats and am fairly new to the game) and he chases me and just tells me to relax, so of course i think he's friendly and after a second BAM! two shot murdered, first character gone RIGHT after i bought a month time for the game :/ gonna have to move all our people too. This is gonna suck. So tell me, how did your first murdered experiences in haven go?

Lesson: wall off and gate your cave entrance.

First (and only so far) time I was murdered was in w5 or 6 right after start, like immediately right after. I got in a chase with a couple of players. It went on for a good 30-45 minutes, but I just couldn't get away, got stuck at one point, ran around on foot awhile. I actually made a circle successfully, got back around to my boat again, took off, got stuck again, got caught again, ran around for a bit more. Tried to circle around again, but someone moved the boat this time to the other side, so I tried to swim for it and drowned. Such is life.

My mistake... i was being a hard-head trying to hunt a bear I had down to something like 100-150 life after pelting it with stones at 10 MM. I should have given up the bear and left when the first person showed up and was just being mysterious.

My first death wasnt so swell it ended in 10 seconds.

Villager asks a hand to kill some deer I go to help and Bob on his horse just sprints at me in gangster mode.. I dododge about 4-5 attempts because I had my cart with me but one fell swoop and a finishing blow ended my life.

But I did scream a few words whilst helplessly trying to stay alive

Back in W5, there was a little noobie man, the little noobie man got a slingshot for himself and was having fun boating da river, then he saw a bear and slingshotted da bear to death. When he was slingshotting, comes another man in merchant robe on a boat, the man approached and acted friendly, the little noobie man was naive about the perils of hearthland and had no guard, so he kept shotted the bear and was talking to the man in merchant robe. In between, the little noobie went down his boatie, and picked on some rocks to refill his ammo, the man in merchant robe's boat moved, the little noobie did not know that was a sign of something.
The little noobie saw some yellow number popping from the bear, so he asked what that is, the other man said it is HHP, at that instant the bear died? (Cannot remember clearly), then the little noobie got off boat and then the other man said "now you can see what HHP is yourself" (or something in that line) then he proceeded to carry the little noobie's boat across the river, and switched on his bear cape and sword.
The little noobie is shocked and run off wildly, but he is very inexperienced in running, so he logged off hoping his char can disappear. But of course, when the little noobie log on again, there was no more of him.

Im not sure if it was first one. But i found some scary theft scents in w5 and tracked em, i found brickwall and camped walls with q6 sling with default client. My friend said that i should leave, that place is evil. I didnt believe him, and 7 seconds later i got one shotted by rbow. (From outside of my view)

3 deaths since world 1. (well 4 I guess since I got another person's character killed once when I logged on them...)

1) World 2: Onionfighter and me 1on1....me too sleepy forgetting to switch the defensive move with the old old combat system. He could have never beaten me stat wise, but I simply slipped up and died.

2) World 3: Battle at BHB, being 1 of 2 people not wearing a dragon helmet in a bow fight but a ranger's cape instead. We both ended up dead, everyone else lived...

3) World 6 (?): Ainran ganking me when I had like a week old char.

4) World 5: Teleporting crafter alt that wasn't mine to a tree farm we had outside the village. Unfortunately it was just getting raided. I myself instituted the policy of teleporting anywhere with alts first and then forgot about it when it actually would have mattered.

So 3 of 4 deaths were avoidable. Don't think I could have escaped the gank squad in 3.

I guess my funniest one was as a quite noobie player, completely hyped about having first merch robe. Was an "archer" and decided to go melee-range just to get one hitted..

My first death to another player was when
i was running around pantsing people that
were leaving scents and attacking others.
My hearth fire was behind a tree. Second
death to a player was similar, think it was
Wayneville that killed me the second time.

I stopped leaving my hearthfire behind trees.
Also started killing people instead of only
taking their pants.

My first death in Haven was to the bunch of Russian chairs jumping over the palisade and killing me because i couldn't logout coz i was an outlaw Thanks to the gods most of those chairs got nuked
