New Buildings of Hafen

So i've seen bit's and pieces, here and there about new types of buildings in the game.
I couldn't find much info about them so i was wondering if some folks can share some pic and info in this thread
Like size and number of floors and how much cleared land needed to build it and items needed.
also personal likes and dislikes of said buildings. thank you.

How much space in a tower?

5 floors
7x7 floor every floor.
245 tiles in all. (counting stair tiles also)

the building is 7x7 on the outside~ so you lose no space.

the building is a little odd, pretty big.
I have no played around with adding anything to it. but going up the floors is kinda annoying. ideally I see it used as a storage house, or a house where each person gets their own floor.

I think for cheese you want more cellar space.
