Tip on how to kill animals with a bow and sling combo

This is assuming you are loaded up to ranged hunt

First you get in a boat or ride a hose. Then find an animal or target. Use your sling to chip at their health, and after that they are weakened and you can finish off with your bow.
So if you cant one shot a deer try to sling it about 1 full bar and a half then a full on shot with the bow

About how many sling hits till they run (using about a q 10 sling)

Don't waste your time adding to this list, its not very useful. If you are hunting in a boat you should have another boat with you and an alt to block the animal in so they cant run when hit. Also animals run based off the damage you deal, how much damage they have taken, and whether or not they can even hit you. If an animal can't hit you and you hit it, the likelihood of it running is pretty high.

Or get some good gear.

You'll then 1 shot easily foxes, badgers, deers, boars, horses, aurochs and mouflons with a bow. Just sayin'
