DiS abusing the system with 6 Vclaims around an inner Vclaim

So, currently dis is using 6 vclaims to surround their 7th inner vclaim and make it basically immortal.

I doubt the intended mechanics are for you to have to break through TWO shields in any one direction in order to reach the core. Pclaims not touching both vclaims are protecting the gaps.

Each shield will have 60,000HP with catapults dealing 600(or more) damage to the shield. Current Ram damage to shields is unknown
You can do a max of 4,000 damage to a shield per hour - 4000 divided by 600 is 6.6666 which means you need to maintain SEVEN SIEGE to do max damage per hour.
If you were able to camp and repair SEVEN siege 24/7 for 13 hours, you might break the first shield - but wait it also regens 1000hp per hour. That brings the total to around 15 hours. For one shield.
BUT WAIT THERES MORE

You can only fire 3 times before having to wait an hour for a repair. (has 750 hp and takes 200hp dmg each time it fires) As well as the additional 6 hours initial drying time. This means you constantly need to stop every couple of hours to "wait" an hour while it repairs and you can fire again.

Your looking at having to dedicate a 1-2 IRL days IN GAME NO BREAKS in order to penetrate into the interior, and that's barring zero resistance and having all the repair materials on hand.

You would need to build an outer and inner linner of catapults/rams to breach either shield. That's tons of wax/materials

Then, you have to do it all over again to break the inner shield. Your looking at maybe 4-5 days straight of camping your siege equipment and repairing and firing in order to penetrate into the interior vclaim. A single vclaim is a massive enough investment to break into (notice no one has or will get a single vclaim for a LONG time still)

And remember, dear readers, this is barring ZERO resistance from the enemy, which of course isn't going to happen.

What say you forum? Is this an intended mechanic? Who has time to devote a week irl 100% in game in order to camp your siege? sounds a bit preposterous at this point.
Sounds like something only some no lifes from a third world country could achieve.

You have to settle going for one of the side villages then if you are too much of a pleb to stay up 2 days straight.

that's 2 days for just the outer shield friend, and that's if things go wonderfully well for you (you have most repair mats on hand - minimal defence breaking your siege, keeping max 4000hp damage per hour etc etc)

Your looking at 4-5 days straight to completely break into the interior, if that kind of mechanic and time is okay for you then your one of those 3rd world plebs i was speaking about.

There is really no point in even trying to raid a town like that, you will get no loot. All they will do is move loot from town to town.

another valid point as to why this is a pretty absurd abuse of mechanics

Allowing players who consistently abuse things like this every world to continue to play is detrimental to the game.

Don't forget, dear reader, that this is also now a game that accepts transactions and should hold itself to a higher standard then before.

On top of that, the faction in question (DiS) is a known raiding faction that won't hesitate to attack noob hermitages, and with this mechanic abuse they can inflict maximum damage to others, while completely mitigating any damage to themselves.

We obviously suspected that that might become a thing. Might consider some changes.

Of course it was DiS though, no one will be surprised.

World after world this group maliciously attempts to sway the game in their favor through any means possible(abusing bugs/mechanics/walljumps etC) and yet you allow them to persist.

This is actually a sad state of dev leadership and judgement at this point. If they are in your game - they are attempting to break it.
