https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/ ... petualBeta (Haven is described to be in "Eternal Alpha by the devs)

(Problem is that I have created 2-3 TVTropes accounts already and completely forgotten the logins)

Again, I should just ass these myself but I don't feel like making an account I forget... Maybe some Troper somehow stumbles upon this... Maybe I'll pile dozens of these and them in one chunk...

Magikarp Power
Freshly spawned characters are unable to beat a small swarm (is swarm the best word here=) of regular ants. With enough stats, they can punch bears to death while naked.

Mundane Utility
One of the few magical abilities on mostly low-fantasy setting is "kindle" that allows you to start a fire without the usual hassle.

Probably not, because swaming of ants refers to the flying ones going out of the nest to do swarming.

Army ants on the move to feed is considered a swarm, if I recall correctly.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

Early Installment Weirdness

Pumpkins were one of the first things implemented, before setting was solidified into being based on iron-age Germanic/Slavic mythology. They are the only post-Columbian Exchange crop and devs have stated they won't add any other, like potatoes.

Automaton Horses

Subverted when it comes to food and endurance, horses even need time to metabolize fodder they eat into "pony power." Played straight when it comes to water, sleep, horsehoes, general care and old age.

Examples needed, there has to be a long list but can't think of any off the top of my head.

Well I did remember using leeches and sand fleas to kill people now, but there's got to be more.
