The fact that nearly all the worldly wonders are claimed is bullshit. And no one will ever be able to catch up to these people due to their severe advantage in the game, so are you going to even out the playing field or restart the world because this is just bullshit.

If you dont start at day 1 you never catch others up.
(Except if they donate you top ql stuff and good characters)
Or if they reach 330 stat cap and you reach it too.

How about doing something about it instead of whining? If a village overextends itself, punish them. Ram their butts. Or join a society yourself and team up with them to break the grip of the tyrants.

The only thing you can't do without localized resources is build a charter stone. Which is indeed bullshit, but it's not exactly the most essential thing ever. Everything else is still possible without any of those resources.

The only other thing you need localized resource for is building catapults, which are currently entirely useless.

The claims aren't the problem, it's that the wonders started full and the people who got them first got fat stats. If leaving theft scents deters you enough from using those resources, you probs don't deserve them.
