List of things I should have by now

I am still kinda new to a lot and wanted to know what buildings I should have to make sure I'm going in the right path. I have so far: ore smelter, tar and regular kiln, anvil, herbalist table, drying racks and tanning tubs, oven,and a quren.

As for your question, you should get a quern to grind down your barley seeds into flour for baking purposes.

Yeah I figured that out like five minutes after I posted it but what's done is done.

I tried my best to spread things out to what they're used for such as ore smelter and the kiln along with the cruicble being next to each other.
