I found SIMON

Postby StaggerNight » Wed May 04, 2016 9:58 pm

I found a skeleton and thought it may be one of my dead bodys from awhile ago. He was headless and I carried and buried him to find its SIMON

Your welcome SIMON, RIP

Nice job. Wandering body making spirit restless, you end the pain of ghost.

This is true. I've lost 2 my chars in one day, after I took a skull from one poor guy' killed by bats (I assume) in random cave near my base. The first one was killed by newly spawned bats in exactly same cave even before he gets out (Im sure it was exactly same bats). And other one, sended to grab the body of first, was killed by three deers not far from cave entrence (I wasn't able able to swim on my boat a little further from coast, because I misclicked and picked up the damned skull from my inv, instead of moving, and wasn't able to move, 'cause my client 'block droping items across the water'). I barely returned my stuff on that day, and had a pretty shitty luck, until I returned to that cave, and buried the skeleton (and the skull) of poor Kueneke at my own graveyard. And on that day, I've found my first flax WWW and struck the first ore in my mine.
So' this is a serious deal. Even now, three month later, I lay some flowers on Kueneke's grave before going for hunting or rare-curios-foraging.

I had a similar accurance when i finally got around to burying the body of one of my fallen ancestors and for some reason i found flotsams, boletes, and many other fated curios that day plus a cave with some fairly high q iron. To this day i honor my ancestor's grave with flowers and mandrake roots for the luck he has brought upon meh.

Yeap, someone can call us crazy, like "guys, this all is hard-coded, this all just 0 and 1! Don't be silly", but I've spend all my life with computers and definitely know - there's some magic in how do they work. ;)

The last year or so has proven the existence of meme magic in my mind. If the 0's and 1's can leak into the real world and change reality, why not the other way around?

no but seriously it's getting to the point where I can't just write it off as confirmation bias we are playing with powers beyond our understanding
