my first thoughts of new H&H

Postby joojoo1975 » Mon May 09, 2016 10:01 pm

well I been playing it today and the other day for roughly a total of 5+ hours.

so far I really like what I see, not to mention the new payment model.

but some questions before I go head long into H&H again:

1. does death mean something again? it would seem so since you cant just log on alt after alt, and fill em up with curios. but your impressions on the subject would be much appreciated.

2. does one need more than one char in order to experience all that H&H has? in previous worlds I had in the beginning only 2 chars one full nature one full industry, has this changed with the deletion of the sliders?

3. stability of the server itself. So far I have seen no hiccups or glitches, is this normal?

thank you for any replies you are able to give with info.

This version you can do everything with one character and do everything.

Alts though still make death less painfull (plus give you the ability to build your own grave).

Normaly there is a bit of crashing after a weekly update, but not real much past that.

hmm, please explain, since I been playing I see you need curios and whatnot as well as exp points. I thought by just standing around you wouldn't readily get exp points?

no standing around you do not get xp much, one character has the advantage of well getting xp from every single source passable. But an alt can still be usefull and if you use it plenty as well gains xp itself the same way. But I am still more of a one character person myself even if I have a few alts. my main has buttloads of xp vs my main alt 9for hunting) does not.

thankyou for the longer reply

what I meant by death and no sting was when people had multiple number of alts just being fed like crazy for the express purpose of replacing their fighters. they really didn't do anything with them after they got the sliders to where they want except to log em in to refill em with curios.

so it would seem that you just cant login feed logout any longer, Nice!
