Design of Efficiency

Postby Ysh » Wed Jun 01, 2016 6:47 pm

Hello for all to you again my friends!

I am have some more topics that I would wish to see your inputs on. I am working to build some silk product manufactorium for the village of mine. I am looking to see some efficiency designs for this one. If anybody can willing to post some screenshot of their setup, I will be pleasured to view them.

In general, I can have a like for seeing people posting their setup for industrial operation in general. How do you arrange some cooking or smelting district in your town? I look forward to the reply. Thanks to you for giving some more of the consideration.

Thanks! That is probably close as efficient as possible for getting. Do you have mine hole near trees to entrance by the silk manufactorium? Or do you just haul with some cart full of wheelbarrow?

It is right near the trees. I think dual gates would be much better to have, because i usually use cart to move barrels with water right near the minehole

The quality of the product doesn't seem to be affected by leaves/tables until the moths emerge and again when they mate. Theoretically it may be possible to use any Q table and leaves up to the cocoon stage without any loss in quality when producing filaments. Never tested it properly but it seemed to work this way. It means you can save your best leaves and tables for the eggs you intend to grind Q with, and the reject eggs can be stocked to produce bulk filaments.

If you are low on resources or just starting the industry this might be a good way to go.

Edit: Also mineholes are much less painful than staircases. Confirmed.

I think eggs are softcapped by table when hatching to worms. Worms lose quality toward leaf when they eat them if leaf is lower.

I didn't notice any change in quality until the worms hatched. Not saying it isn't possible you're right, but if it's a softcap or the quality moves towards the leaf q then it must be a very gentle softcap indeed.
