H&H won't open

I've attempted to re-download H&H, java, and used and redownloaded two different clients (vanilla and amber), neither worked, when I attempt to open them, the command prompt for amber shows up and goes away, and doesn't open. Vanilla causes the loading symbol to come and it just goes away, any help? I am on Windows 10, and will post system procs if needed.

I think there should be some file for run_debug.bat in amber client. This one should keep making prompt to stay open. Running this one to tell us some error can helping more if possible.
