So I was killed today in the game, I deserved it and it was very fun, but now I'm thinking about the next world reset. I've played this game, only seriously on world 3 or 4, but every time I remember haven exists it's always well into a world where everyone is already bored and the map is littered with empty bases.

So tell me, what is the game like with a fresh world? What can I expect to be different? Are people nicer because of new beginnings, or hostile because they want to secure themselves a good place to start?

I've also seen some people say they don't want the world to reset, if you're one of those people I would love to hear what you think.

People arent any nicer in start of new worlds.
There is temporarily more people. But that changes fast as they get killed or get bored and start asking for another world reset.

I think whatever J&L are working on in the background will most likely require a world reset.

The start of a new world is chaos. There are no claims and people rush combat skills while you are still trying to find flax and carrots. There are a lot more people around and few of them are friendly. It is the only time when it is (almost) fun going through the new character experience.

Stop requesting character wipes or map resets.

World reset will come eventually and it'll have no correlation with players wanting it or not at that moment in time.
