the cave ins are randomly generated and because it was the first wall i was mining that was a cave in i didnt see a dust particle effect to warn me.

it happens, there's no way to tell if the initial cave wall will cause a cave-in so the only two options are risk it or build a support

third time my guy skipped death my miner to stronk.
ik this should be in the hdi but how do i heal it ? hope its not the stitching that only heals 1hhp every day.

Kill a deer, boil the antlers, get linseed oil and I think a yarrow, than combine and apply to turn Severe Mauling into some other injury, than you can gauze or Leech the injury.
