Textbook Aquisition Advice in Need.

Postby Radiant_Maelstrom » Wed Aug 10, 2016 10:45 pm

As school starts soon, students are getting ready via paperwork and school supplies and I am no different. What I do need help is some good sources of buying textbooks without having to resort to buying from campus or their associated Barnes and Nobles partner. Anyone has any good sources? Thank you :).

Pretty much Amazon or eBay. They're pretty reliable. I've never used any others.

I can tell you that the college bookstores are having to stay competitive with the likes of Amazon and others. Just shop around a bit. Amazon is a pretty solid way to rent textbooks, though there are some restrictions about "use" of books--highlighting, etc.

So in results of the advice that I have been given, I was able to get two of the textbook at 10% of what they would have been in the campus bookstore. Sadly the third one isn't as cheap but I still shaved off $10-20 dollars. Thanks everyone!
