What do YOU consider to be a successful Hermitage?

Postby boreial » Tue Sep 20, 2016 12:01 pm

My thought is

A Great Hall or a Tower
All field crops at 100+, all Trellis Crops 60+
A lvl 5 mine
A Grove of your preferred trees 35+
and at least a breeding pair of all tameable livestock.

(and of course all pertinent work stations)

lol, yeah, I don't bother with pigs. :D

I consider myself successful when I have built, crafted and achieved all there is, have a running farm, breed livestock, produce silk/cheese, grow tree's and have ore production hand in hand with raising quality and stats, once you have over 100 in both areas I call that a success. The only allowance I make to that is gold products, lol, that is simply because, still, after over six years and even now with it being more readily available according to everyone, I have never, ever, discovered gold ... not sure whether to put a laughing face or crying one tbh ...

Actually, I lie, I found a gold pebble from fishing. :|

+2 str and con food from simple meat. They are breeding really fast. I'm just keeping one pair and try to get better ql. If I need tons of food or leather I let them live for one week and then I have too much. Not to mention that it's hard to hunt boar ql 100, whereas if u manage to breed ql 100 pigs, no problems. All in all, I disagree. I consider this to be successful hermitage. Not quality of items, but rather quality of the place if you know what I mean.

:) ... ofc everyone has their own ideas about what makes them successful, I did deliberately state that it was the measure I considered 'myself' to be successful.

Nice place, btw. :)
